On the Prinsengracht, in an old soul where people have eaten and drunk for as long as anyone can remember, where time has stood still, Kok, Slager & De Wit welcome you to Restaurant Wiechmann. For years the restaurant served as the breakfast room of the Wiechmann Hotel; now it is open again for real enjoyment.

Like a true theatre, with a view of one of the lively crossroads of the Nine Streets, the refined dishes of Mats (Kok) and his team pass by.

The easy-going service of Idse (Slager) and Pierre (De Wit), with a selection of their favourite wines and cocktails, in the historic interior with its iconic blue tiles, brings history back to life.
